Benoni High School

Thanks to the athletes of Benoni High school that enjoyed their yearly training week at Induna Adventures. Their Killer coach had a daily exercise program worked out for them, and combined it with Induna activities as a method of cross training, team cohesion, and inviting the element of fun and laughter to get the best out of everybody.
