Benoni High School
Thanks to the athletes of Benoni High school that enjoyed their yearly training week at Induna Adventures. Their Killer coach had a daily exercise program worked out for them, and combined it with Induna activities as a method of cross training, team cohesion, and inviting the element of fun and laughter to get the best out of everybody. This old age prop picture was taken at Pilgrim’s Rest on their rest day. Run like the wind... Till next year.

Madiba Day
Who’s willing to help us on Madiba day @ Sizabantwana – Caring for children.
We are going to:
· Paint the reading project (Paint and brushes)
· Prepare our iSibindi playground (Spades & shovels)
· Build & repair swings @ Impilo (Nuts and Chains)
· Feed the children (prepare & dish-up)
